What other Outlook functions can I do from within OctopusCity?
OctopusCity was designed to significantly
enhance your Outlook functionality, or replace
it. Once you have OctopusCity's
downloadable app, you can
realize all of the following:
The following actions occur upon initiation:
Email:
You can access all of your key Outlook
functionality and emails from within
OctopusCity's Outlook tab. Why would you do
this? Speed and ease of use. OctopusCity has
optimized its code to retrieve and render
Outlook email faster than any application out
there including Outlook. With the Find function, just start
typing the subject, sender's address, date, or
any other field, and watch the matching emails
bubble up to the top almost instantly. You
can even look up emails by your Outlook
folders. When you send your emails, they
still go out though your normal Outlook email,
but you don't need to have Outlook open.
You also have the option of using OctopusCity
as your new email client and doing away with
Outlook altogether.
Contacts:
With the speed and the search flexibility of
OctopusCity, you won't ever want to look up a
contact in Outlook again.
Attachments:
You can move emails and attachments right from
the Outlook screen within Octopus City into a
contact record so that you always have a copy
of the document. OctopusCity does not get
bogged down like Outlook, even with thousands
of email attachments.
Calendar:
We have a full calendar integration with
Outlook so you can schedule appointments in
OctopusCity and have them appear in your
Outlook calendar (or vis-a-versa).
Tasks:
OctopusCity has complete task management
capabilities, and you can also share tasks
with Outlooks each time you sync.
