If you are just using OctopusCity's downloadable app, remove the application from your computer by accessing OctopusCity in your Programs folder and deleting the data file. If you are using OctopusCity's Web account and you cancel your subscription, we will hold your information on our archive servers for up to one year, after which time your data will be removed.
