How do I get my colleague's new contact information?
Your OctopusCity Smart Address Book will
automatically update when your
associates change their contact information as
long as:
You are in theirs:
Your friend or associate has your contact
record in their OctopusCity Smart Address book
with one of your authenticated email
addresses.
They are in yours:
You have the contact record of your friend or
associate in your OctopusCity Smart Address
Book with one of their authenticated email
addresses.
You accept:
You manually accept the update or you have
pre-set the auto accept function in your OctopusCity Smart Address Book.
And if they are new?
If you do not have their contact record and
authenticated email address in your Smart
Address Book, it will be added to your contacts
simply by accepting the record.
